Text Message Terms

Program

Bar Torino Guest Texts is a text messaging program run by Bar Torino, 56 N 3rd St, Easton, PA 18042. We text guests only about something they asked us for: a confirmation of a table reservation, the link to our online ordering page for pickup, and replies to customer-care questions such as hours, directions, or a callback you requested. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

Texts are sent from (617) 634-8081, the number of Bar Torino's automated phone receptionist, and every text starts with “Bar Torino:”.

How You Agree to Receive Texts

When you call Bar Torino at (610) 438-4460, your call may be answered by our automated phone receptionist. If a text would help with your request, the receptionist asks you, as a separate question, whether you would like it texted to the number you are calling from, and reads you these terms in short: what we will text you about, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and that we do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing. We only text you if you say yes. We keep a record of your consent (the time, the phone number, and the call transcript).

Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of making a reservation, placing an order, or anything else we do for you.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies with your requests; typically one to three texts per request. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting Out and Help

Reply STOP to (617) 634-8081 at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. Reply START to subscribe again.

Reply HELP for help, call us at (610) 438-4460, or use our contact form.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
